If so, we are here to tell you that you aren’t alone. Whether you are a patient wanting to know more about a diagnosis, or a family member that wants to be able to support those diagnosed, we are here to help.

Virtual Weekend Classes

,Nurse practitioner Sophia Mitchell is now offering virtual weekend classes to help individuals better understand those diagnoses and what they mean. To help family or friends learn ways to care and support those who have been diagnosed, as well as asking any questions you might have regarding these new diagnoses.

The cost of the class is $75 per group of four to be collected at registration. Classes are held on a first-come, first-served basis, so please reach out now to reserve your spot. 

Sophia Mitchell, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Central Methodist University with her Master of Science in Nursing and received Post Master’s Certificate from St. Louis University. She treats patients at both our St. Charles and Brentwood locations.  Sophia Mitchell sees patients 6+ years and older with a wide range of diagnoses. In Sophia’s free time, she teaches at the St. Charles Community college as an adjunct Professor of Behavioral Health.
