Rachel Wagster, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Missouri.
Rachel earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Saint Louis University in 2018 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University in 2013.
Rachel Wagster provides service for those ages 6 and up with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and an array of other mental health conditions. Rachel has significant experience in outpatient settings as well as inpatient hospital settings and is very passionate about helping others!
