Since 1992, St. Charles Psychiatric Associates is a group of physicians and several psychotherapists working together in an outpatient clinic to HELP PEOPLE. We do this by careful assessment of each client in order to treat them as an individual. We understand no two people are alike. We discuss treatment, rationale for treatment and available options in order to HELP. Whether it is a medicine, talk therapy, a combination of both or a referral, we will discuss the options and our expert recommendation. We have treated mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers in the surrounding St. Louis region for over 25 years. We are a caring and compassionate group of people with the same goal: HELP PEOPLE.

PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AND CREATE A COMPLETE PROFILE.
In the portal you can request medication refills, attend telehealth appointments, and communicate with staff. We are treating patients in the office and using telehealth (patients are required to be seen in office at least twice per year). Patients also must be registered on the portal to participate in telehealth appointments in order to receive a text & email with a link

Call 636-949-5760 or send a message under ‘Q&A’ on your portal for existing patients to schedule an appointment. Both offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
You will be responsible for paying our bank fees if you provide a check for payment that does not clear and we incur a “bounced check fee”.
